Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship out all packages, insured, via UPS Ground within 2 business days. If a package arrives damaged, please do not accept delivery of it. UPS will contact us and we will expedite shipment of replacement product to you as soon as possible. For all other returns: please contact us to arrange for the shipment of replacement product. We are not responsible for the disappearance of items that occurs after UPS makes delivery.
